How do I make a return?

We hope you love your amo bag, but if you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for any reason — provided the item is in the same condition as delivered. ✨

  • Exclusions: personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Exchanges: unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

How to return

  1. Email us at [your customer service email] with your order number to let us know you’d like to return an item.
  2. Place the bag in its original packaging (including tags, dust bag, and box).
  3. Use a secure mailing bag/box and seal carefully.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the return address we provide.
  5. Please keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.

Important notes

  • Returns must be unused, with all original packaging and tags. Items returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We cannot refund gift wrapping charges if you have changed your mind, but if your order is faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly refund the gift wrap as well.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each amo bag is handmade to order, we’re unable to cancel or edit your order once it has been placed. Please double-check your details carefully at checkout.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may refuse delivery and the package will be returned to us. Once received, we’ll process a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
