How do I make a return?
We hope you love your amo bag, but if you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for any reason — provided the item is in the same condition as delivered. ✨
- Exclusions: personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Exchanges: unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
How to return
- Email us at [your customer service email] with your order number to let us know you’d like to return an item.
- Place the bag in its original packaging (including tags, dust bag, and box).
- Use a secure mailing bag/box and seal carefully.
- Ship the item back to us using the return address we provide.
- Please keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.
Important notes
- Returns must be unused, with all original packaging and tags. Items returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund.
- We cannot refund gift wrapping charges if you have changed your mind, but if your order is faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly refund the gift wrap as well.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Because each amo bag is handmade to order, we’re unable to cancel or edit your order once it has been placed. Please double-check your details carefully at checkout.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may refuse delivery and the package will be returned to us. Once received, we’ll process a refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Can I edit my order?
Because each amo bag is handmade to order, we’re unable to edit your order once it has been placed. Please make sure all details — including your shipping address and product selection — are correct at checkout.

We’re unable to offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, you can return your order for a refund and then place a new order for your preferred bag.
