We currently ship within Australia only, and shipping is always free.
Is it possible to track my order?
Absolutely. All of our shipping options come with tracking information. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch, including a tracking link, to the email address you entered when ordering.

- Your bag will first join our production queue. It takes about 5 working daysto make, and in total 25–35 working days to reach you.
Order Now (Priority Service):
- If your bag is already finished, it will ship right away. If you choose our Order Nowoption, we’ll place your bag at the front of the queue so it arrives within 7 working days.
